Reservation, Confirmation, Payment and Cancellation Policies

Booking

- After a customer has inquired about a Ferry reservation, we will check again to see if there are any spaces available. spaces available.

Payments

- 100% deposit upon confirmation.

Payment Methods

- Bank deposit in accounts of Banco del PacĂ­fico, Pichincha or Guayaquil.
- Online payment by credit card without extra charge.
- We will send you a secure payment link, we use the payment platform for agencies: Wetravel.

Once payment has been made

Please send us the following information:
- Passenger's first and last names.
- Age.
- Passport or identification card number.
- Arrival and departure date from Galapagos.
- Food restrictions or allergies.

Commitment

The passenger agrees to follow the rules established by the Galapagos National Park, and the instructions of the indications of the Tour Operator regarding time and meeting points to avoid missing the contracted tour.

Cancellation Policy

- 36% of the Deposit is non-refundable.
- 50% of the deposit is non-refundable within 29 to 20 days of the tour start date.
- 100% of the Deposit is non-refundable in the period of 19 days or less that the tour starts.

Cancellation by COVID

- The same cancellation policies mentioned above will apply.

- Activities and itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, major causes, orders from the Galapagos National Park, etc. The passenger's safety comes first.
- The activities carried out by the passenger are under his/her responsibility.
- Grupo Galapagos is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the boat or car.
